When is the best time for a Tekapo elopement?

Tekapo is beautiful throughout the year. You may get snow in winter and the Tekapo Lupins are usually in bloom from mid November to very early January. But Tekapo is always worth a visit and it is always breathtaking in so many ways.

What happens if I need to change/cancel for bad weather?

In cases of severe rain or gale-force winds, we can postpone your session up to 3 hours before your session to another time that works for you. If you can’t make another time, you will receive a full refund, minus your booking fee.

How many people can I have at my elopement?

You can have up to 20 people at your elopement, if you want more please get in touch to discuss.

Do you offer elopements elsewhere in New Zealand?

Yes, we offer elopement photography in Pukaki, Mt Cook and also Wanaka and Queenstown.
